Thank you for shopping with FeatherFlo! This Shipping Policy explains how and when your orders are processed, shipped, and delivered. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM (local time) will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (delivery times may vary by destination)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as carrier delays, customs processing, or weather conditions.

3. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • Domestic: United States

  • International: Selected international destinations

If we do not ship to your location, you will be notified at checkout.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

5. International Shipping, Duties & Taxes

For international orders:

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the destination country’s customs office.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

6. Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver your order on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs processing

  • High order volumes

We are not liable for shipping delays once the package has been handed over to the carrier.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

  • For lost packages, please contact the carrier first, then reach out to us if further assistance is needed.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

  • Additional shipping fees may apply if an order needs to be reshipped.
